Do you have a goal you wish to achieve? Direct your attention to your end goal.  Imagine it fully – bring it to life – experience it and enjoy as if you have already attained it. Let your vision light you up and generate your action steps.

When you spend a lot of time judging and assessing all the barriers or ways you do not measure up, you drain yourself of vital energy.   Same goes for ruminating over the past.

“Life is available only in the present moment.” – Thich Nhat Hanh

I often hear people say, “I need to be realistic” and “I don’t want to set myself up for failure” – these approaches protect you out of reaching your dreams.

“Set a goal so big that you can’t achieve it until you grow into the person who can.” – Unknown

You will be amazed at all that is possible, when you courageously explore.
