When it comes to goal setting, I often hear people say, “I need to be realistic,” and “I don’t want to set myself up for failure.” While it is helpful to set specific, measurable, achievable, results-focused, time-bound (S.M.A.R.T.) goals, you protect yourself out of reaching your dreams if you only sets your sights on what is easy.

Setting goals helps up grow and become more of ourselves. Do you have a goal you wish to achieve? Direct your attention to your end goal. Imagine it so fully that you feel the joy in this moment. This is the best way to bring your vision to life – by generating your actions steps from joy and enthusiasm.

You will be amazed at all that is possible, when you courageously dream, explore, and discover what you are capable of.
